several times in the past few months. Please have L[redacted] forward all correspondence regarding order to that email address.
Again, we ARE NOT denying responsibility. We are truly sorry for the errors on our part and sincerely apologize. It is not our intention to provide bad service or look over an order. We at sports rags work many 30 hour days to complete orders. As a business their will be mistakes, their is no such thing as perfection.

I am rejecting this response because:  I have sent e-mails to both email addresses the business owner provided. One on 2/13 and then again to the new email on 2/14.  I have not heard anything from her therefor I would like to keep this complaint open as I still have no idea when I will receive the items I ordered and paid for 2 months ago.

Review: Business owner doens't follow through delivery dates and is very hard to get of hold of. She is very disorganize and unprofessinal. I requested my refund a month ago and this matter has still not been resolved. She mailed me a cashiers check to my place of business for the wrong amount and also mailed in my friends refund to me at my work. I've asked to please refund my credit card (same method of payment) and she has failed to do so. I've sent her emails, left messages and I still haven't heard back from her or any of her employees.Desired Settlement: I like to be reunded $147.90, what I paid but never received my merchandise.

Where do I start?? This customers invoice was confused with her two friends invoices. We were confused on 1 item , not the whole order. Aracelys order was a custom order where my artist-designer was absoloutely needed.

I myself was in continuous contact with the three of them. I informed the customer that My artist was in a terrible accident on the freeway so serious his car was totalled.This prolonged the order. This customer did not care, instead she was unreasonable, rude and demanding.

When she requested a refund I immediately sent it. We had the yellow carbon copy of the order, it was difficult to read, this was the confusion. This customer was irrational to the point of threatening the life of my business. Amoung other threats She said she was going to complain to the league and to make sure I was not invited back and tgat no one in her area would ever buy from me.

Review: I purchased a jacket and t-shirt for my daughter on 12/20. They did not have the correct size so we were told they would order it and then give me a call on 12/23 when they received it for her to come in and try it on before customizing it. I paid for it in full at this time. We did not hear from them on 12/23. We stopped into the store a couple times between 12/23 and 1/2 and realized even though not advertised they must have closed down for the holidays. I tried the store at least 3 more times between 1/3 and 1/7, at times it was opened but the only employee there did not speak very good English and couldn't help me with my order but she did eventually give me a phone number which she said to text. I did this on 1/8. I heard back on 1/9 from the owner saying to plan on picking up the items the following week and she would text with the specific day. I did not hear from her that week so stopped by the store on 1/18. Her employee was there and said the owner was in Los Angeles and would be back in a couple hours. I wasn't able to return so again I sent her a text. I heard back from her and she said she was sick but would probably be back in the store by 1/22 and promised to call or text me. I did hear back on 1/22 but she said she thought the jacket that came in would have been too big so she ordered another that would arrive on 1/25 and she would text me when it arrived. I did not hear from her. On 1/28 I sent another text asking about my purchase. No answer, sent another text on 1/29, no answer. I stopped by the store once on 1/29 and twice on 1/30 when they were suppose to be open but each time the door was locked.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the items I ordered.
