Review: I have a complaint because I have not received my order which I paid for 3/11/13 several calls have been made this company has an answering service and don't return calls that are supposedly marked of high importance. I have been waiting and given the go around and feel they should have a better way of handling their business this is the 2nd time I have had a problem.Desired Settlement: I paid $40.00 for a photo plaque of my 3 children. Obviously their machine broke long after I was promised it would be sent out. Then I called and was told their machine should be up and running the following week I asked if they would let me know when I would be shipped and 1 month later after phone calls no reply this is just to much going round and round Its not something given for free its something they sold and I bought so It would have been nice to have gotten what was promised.
