Review: On May 14, 2013 I ordered a book " Football Announcing " from Sportsannouncing.com. When the book did not arrive in 30 days I e-mailed Sports announcing at [email protected]., which was the only e-mail address I could find. I got no response, so I called their number ###-###-#### and left a detailed message that the book had not arrived, but my credit card had been debited for the $9.95 amount. I got no response. After anothe e-mail and two phone calls, all of which went unanswered, I wrote **. [redacted], the owner of the company asking for my book to be sent or my money back. I gave him 10 days to respond, which he has not done. I contacted [redacted] about this, and they said basically it was between the supplier and me. **. [redacted] has my money, and I have received nothing.Desired Settlement: I either want my money back ( $9.95) or my book to be delivered ASAP.
