I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ** ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.It would just make more sense to me to have the refund BEFORE I close my ***l dispute I have never received any information from SportsKids on the *** dispute regarding me just wanting my refund How do I know you'll issue the refund when I close the ***l case? I will do it, BUT I just hope I don't have to start this all over again I have called SportsKids and e-mailed every time I got an e-mail or plead for a return label It's been your company's lack of replies that caused this action I will close the ***l dispute and look for my refund

Hello,
We have received this order on 03/02/2016. But unfortunately our manufacturer were closed their ware houses for inventory for 2 weeks and since we couldn't here back from them about the order on time. The manufacturer has shipped the item once they resumes the operation on 03/17 via UPS and...

the item delivered to the customer on 03/23/2016. UPS Tracking [redacted]. Customer requested to cancel this order on 03/18 and our cc executives cancelled the order since we were not notified about the shipment by our manufacturer. We regret if the customer experienced any kind of inconveneince during the conversation with our executives about this order.
