This is Jim R*** District Manager Sportsmans WarehouseI just got off the phone with my customer Mr***He told me what happened at the store the day he visited usI apologised and assured him I would address his concerns with our general manager thereI asked Mr*** if he had
asked to speak with a manager, he said noI communicated to him that if he ever has an unpleasant experience in any of our stores to always ask for the manager and we can resolve his concern right then and thereI gave him our web site address and apologised againI assure Mr*** that I would address his concerns as well as retrain the employees that mis-informed him regarding his orderWhile we were talking Mr*** received a communication that his order had arrived at our storeI thanked him for bringing his concern to our attention and asked him if it was oK that I respond to the Revdex.com and let them know I had spoken to him and assured him again that I would address his concernHe said yesI thanked him again and asked that he continue to shop with us.
