I have boughton 2 crossbows from Sportsmans Outfitters through ebay. One for myself a few years ago and bought one for my son in 2021. He was not big enough to pull it back until this year. I noticed that we were missing the cable slide for it. I then contacted Sportsmans Outfitters through ebay and asked them if they sold the part. They messaged me right back asking for my address so they could ship the part we needed for free. Even though I bought the crossbow over a year ago they were still willing to replace the part for free. Not to mention the fact that they FedEx it and the part was here in 3 days. I'm an very pleased with there service, communication and crossbows. I will be buying more stuff from them.

I have called these guys several times in the past two weeks with questions and every time was very helpful and professional.I ordered a crossbow from them on Wednesday morning and it was at my house the very next evening.
