[redacted],I had a great conversion with Mr. [redacted] yesterday. Mr. [redacted] helped us with some valuable input to allow us to better serve our customers. We will be implementing some best practices going forward to correct opportunity for errors. The store did offer to order the newer updated item for Mr....
[redacted] and sell it to him at the advertised price of the older unavailable item but Mr. [redacted] had already purchased something else. I enjoyed speaking with him.
