Review: I went into sportsmans warehouse to buy a belt. I found a belt that had a price tag on it for $14.99. I brought it to the casher and she said that it cost $44.99. I told her no that its prices at $14.99. the price sticker on the belt was not tampered with was new looking no corners was pealed and unaltered in any way. it was vary clear that the price tag on it was placed there by a price gun. the manager ( a lady ) refused to honor the price on the belt. I told her she could look at security video and see that the price tag was on it that it had not been messed with. security showed up and stated that in he looked at the video and I had not messed with price tag at all. the belt was clearly marked at $14.99 and your store flat out refused to sell it for that price. this is false advertisement. it was a mistake of your store on the pricing and you should of honored the price. the manager and store security was vary rude to me and there was no customer service at all.Desired Settlement: I think you should honor the price as marked on the belt. no matter how bad the mistake was made on your employees behalf.

I have spoken to [redacted]. I let him know that is not how we do things here at Sportsman's Warehouse. I asked [redacted] to come back into the store and we would take care of his problem. I sold the belt to [redacted] for $14.99 and gave him a $25 giftcard for his trouble. Review: I was shopping at Sportsmans warehouse on 12/9/2014 in the hunting and ammunition area. There was a case of 3 1/2 inch Royal 12guage shotgun shells price marked on the case as $7.49. The price mark was clearly placed on the case. I would understand that the case itself may not be $7.49, though the individual boxes in the case would be $7.49. As this price is 50% off what the normal value of each box is. A store employee marked them as being 50%.When I brought the case of shells to the counter, I was told that was a error and they will not honor the 50% or $7.49 a box. The cashier and Manager gave two reasons that the case was missed marked, first being that the sticker must have fallen down off something else or that there are many new employees and one of them must have missed marked the case of 10 boxes 3 1/2 Royal 12gauge shells.The price sticker was clearly placed on the case and the manager confirmed that saying that is 50% off the normal price. This was not a mistake that a employee miss marked that case.The store would not honor the marked priced on the case of shells.Desired Settlement: The case of shells be sold as priced mark shown on 12/9/2014. I have a photo of the case with the price mark $7.49.

The case of Shotguns shells in question did have a green monarch sticker. The sticker did have a price of $7.49. There were no other shotgun shell cases in the area with a green monarch sticker. Nor was there any signage or postings that the shotgun shells were 50% off. Our shotgun shells cases are cut open so the individual boxes of shells can be easily read and priced. Our Shotgun shell cases are not individually priced. I did inform the customer that this green monarch sticker on the case of Shotgun shells is in fact an error. We have no way of knowing how the sticker was placed on the case, as this is inconsistant with our pricing proceedures. It could have been an employee error, customer issue or many other posibilities. The customer suggested that he receive the entire case of shotgun shells (10 boxes)for $7.49. I let him know that this was an unreasonable request and that I could not honor this. The case of shotgun shells includes 10 individual boxes of shells. Each individual box of shotgun shells retail for $15.99.This would bring the retail value of a case to $159.90. Resolution... We are more than happy to honor the $7.49 per individual box of shotgun shells (25 shell count) that normally retails for $15.99 per box. We take responsibility for any errors that occur in our store. Our mission is to provide outdoor enthusiasts with quality merchandise in a friendly low key shopping environment. We are in no way trying to miss represent any products and or pricing of products.

The $7.49 per box in that case, was the original request and would be satifactory to resolution. How do we proceed from here? Thank you, Ryan

We tried to cancel an online order the day after we made the purchase. A week later we got notice from our bank that the money had been withdrawn from our account. We made multiple attempts to contact store managers both over the phone and via email with no response. When we finally did get in touch with a manager we were told that the cancelation had gone through but that they charged the account anyway. To date there has been no resolution or offer to return the money removed from our account.
