Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] I did talk to [redacted] at Oconto Culligan and in fact the matter is not resolved I have been forced to deal with this on my own I am very busy and often need to leave the state for extended periods of time and the matters that we have asked Culligan to handle are to aid my wife and make her life a little easier [redacted] has a very laxidaisical attitude about our better interests [redacted] and I discussed the events that have taken place and the payment we have given to his organization has not produced any correction to our ailing filtered water system This happens to hard working Americans way too much these days What is worse is its other Americans doing it to Americans I hope that the Revdex.com has the strength to get the word out so that others are made aware of the shady business practices of certain organizations; especially this one I called Culligan to fix our filtered water system and they did not fix it I gave them a lot of my money for services and supplied him tools and equipment so he could at least look like he was doing something I hope you can assist me in getting my money back! [A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me This mans response sounds as if I am extorting him Let me start by explaining what my investigation has turned up I discussed this system with other Culligan offices and individuals in the industry and was advised that when [redacted] installed this system originally he installed it incorrectly This has led to the premature failure of the RO system This was compounded by the inept ability of [redacted] to service the system We have employed him since we moved into the house yrs ago My investigation turned up not only improper installation but after disassembly and inspection of the unit I found that the core of the system was contaminated and plugged up with sediment The water tests [redacted] performed where callous and misrepresented the real quality of water I have since purchased the necessary sampling kits and various meters to diagnos water and a week after ***'s tests I found a gross difference in his findings [redacted] comes in and talks a talk that would roll right over most peoples heads and has a sales demeanor that would smooth most over This guy is slick and should be avoided at all costs Further more after contacting Culligan's corporate headquarters it was explained to me in a very uncompromising manner that this is the way Culligan runs their business I will never again allow a Culligan representative in my home, never!
