I ordered from the website and did not pay much attention to the Dec guaranteed delivery as I ordered Nov expecting that to be ample time for a Christmas delivery When the order still had not arrived on Dec 21, I contacted the chat on the site and was told someone would get back to me with an answer When no on did, I once again contacted the site on Dec to find out what had happened to my order I was told it was damaged; however a new one would be sent out express delivery and I would still receive the item on Dec It is now Dec with no order in site and once again I have to chase the company to find out where the shipment is as the tracking is not working I just keep getting apologies but no resolutions So disappointing
I was shopping for the holiday and this site advertised many items as being "guaranteed" by the holidayI ordred my item well in advanceI waited for shipping confirmation, and never recieved one, so I inquired and was told that the item was not signed yet and would be still guranted by the holidayI finally recieved a shipping confirmation on 12/that stated it had been shippedBut tracking showed that it had been shipped groundThere is no way this would make it by the holidayI emailed and messaged several people at the site with no reply(I had also previously voiced my concern via messages with no reply) I finally got a hold of a reperesentative that stated it must have been an oversight and there was nothing they could do to get it by the holidayI feel like this was not an oversight as I had previously messaged them MANY times about my concern about the package arrival timeI feel like this was advertising to get people to shop there for the holidaysI am very dissapointed!
The worst experience I had ordering online EVER! I ordered an autographed picture and payed for day shippingIts a week later I contacted the company and they say it wont be shipped for another two daysWhat is the point of paying for better shipping if they send it out the same time as shippingI was also contracted by an employee after ordering and they guaranteed that it would be here by the date I wanted it by and its still not hereThe link I was given to check the status of my package doesnt work either! and they doubled charged me and I was unable to get my refund for a week after I ordered so I was out that money due to a company mistake
