Staff is rude and manager "Mike" is not knowledgeable about business sense what so everHe tried to tell me that their Waterbury store is headquartersBut right on their Tax Id it states [redacted] located in NJNo store should be able to post no cash refunds- if I pay with cash, why can't I get my own money back, and they had no reason except "the big boss that comes by on Wed wont let us" when I asked this "big boss" name or a corporate number to reach him at, people said they don't know any info to give me

I am rejecting this response because: Today I spoke to *** at *** customer service,reference number *** at ###-###-####He stated that there is no valid reason that *** *** Area sneakers should not have white information tags stitched inside the tongueWhile it is possible SportsPark sells real ***s the pair we purchased on 5-31-are notI don"t believe the no cash refund policy should apply to a counterfeit productI believe I am entitled to a cash refund*** also recommended that Revdex.com file a report at Counterfeit@***.com

This Foamposite is 100 percent real if purchased from us. Store policy is that we give store credit or exchange. It is explicitly stated on receipts and inside of the store, near the registers. We can do either of these options for the customer still, if that's wha[redacted] SportsPark HQ
