On Feb 18th at 4pm I placed an order for 1 Alexa for the price$110 but when I put the payment the website kicked me out without any transaction number or a way to log in to check on my purchase. I checked my bank account and realized that they actually charged me $220 I reached out to the company but the phone number and email address are not valid. I was able to reach someone else not through whats listed and they created a fake invoice showing 2 items to match the charge of $210 and they want me to agree to it and they said they will not refund me unless I agree to the fake invoice. I did not order 2 items and I have the original invoice that they emailed me showing only 1 item with the total of $110 but this company is scamming and trying to force a sell that you did not want. Please help me. I have all the emails between us where I tell them that they charged me the wrong amount and where there asking me over and over again to just agree to the fake invoice to get my refund.

Refund I just want my $210 back and I don't want to do business with them and for you guys to investigate them because a customer should not have to deal with a problem like this where I have to argue with them when I did not order wrong there stealing .
Its your fault , you make order 2 times, one are field and other one are right but 2nd time you order for 2 items ,, we receive order mail from our site,,, its not fake..and we say that we will refund within 7 days..isn't say?
