Review: On June 2 at 1:30am we arrived at the Spot Lounge DC ([redacted]) upon arriving and after being seated, we requested 1 bottle of regular Ciroc Vodka and a bottle of Champaign for $200 per our agreement with the party promoter ([redacted]). We received 1 bottle of Ciroc which tasted strange. After my fellow associates brought it to my attention, I tasted it for myself by drinking it straight and then, I realized it taste like water. The club manager ([redacted]) then brought us a Ciroc Bottle filled with vodka and red liquor diffused in water. He said this will be the substitute bottle for the Champaign that they did not have in stock. I explained to ([redacted]) the club manager that was not the agreement we discussed for a cost of $200 to be paid at the time of arrival. After all the going back and forth we simply asked for our money back and left, they also refused to refund our money.Desired Settlement: The amount of $200 refunded.
