Review: I am paying this company to provide internet service at my residence. They have NOT been providing services for 3 full weeks going on 4 and no promise or any sort of communication about when they will be providing services again. The first week, their company claimed to fix the issue within 48 hours in phone calls. Since the first week, they do not answer any phone calls, return any calls, or have tried to reach out to their customers in any form or email or other communication. This is not the first time the company has not provided service and they still billed me. It is most strange that the apartment complex I live in uses the same company, and while their internet works (they have a separate account than each of the residents), none of the residents in the building have been able to access internet from their personal accounts.

Not only has this issue caused major inconvenience and aggravation, I have incurred extra charges from my phone company as I have had to use my 4G network. It is absolutely unacceptable that no one has been able to reach the company, let alone get any information about the status of fixing the issue.Desired Settlement: I want them to explain, apologize, and certainly fix the lack of service. Further, I feel very strongly that they not only need to adjust billing to not charge for the amount of time they have not provided me with service, but also provide reimbursement for the extra fees I have incurred from my phone service company for having to use 4G internet in my apartment when I have paid to have internet service at home so this would not happen.

Review: Given the fact I am able to select only one complaint I would like to take this opportunity to disclose I have two complaints from the menu above: Product Issues and Billing or Collection Issues.First, my records with Spot On will indicate that I have had multiple droughts of service for extended periods of time, ranging from two weeks to this more recent time block of more than four weeks - including the entire month of April 2014. This is not including instances of recurring outages of service while relying on my internet during use. I have called customer service repeatedly in approximately one week intervals to check the status of (what I've been told)"the access points are down due to renovations." I have seen no signs of renovations, and when I just spoke to the most recent representative he confirmed my inquiry that I am the only individual from my building that has been calling. It should not take a service-providing enterprise in the United States upwards of 30 days and more to rectify a deficiency - this is unacceptable.Second, I have requested that my credit card be credited for the period of subscription where I have not had service - I think this is only fair for the inconvenience that I have been caused. I have made this request multiple times over the past three weeks only to be told that, "your account has been noted and the billing dept. will review your request. You will receive an email from them in a couple of days informing you that they have received your request." I have yet to receive this email. When I asked to speak to billing this morning at 09:55, 30 April 2014 I was told they were not in yet - Billing is located in New Haven, CT. Im not sure what time zone they are operating on, but normal business hours ESPECAILLY for a service-providing company should be AT LEAST 09:00-17:00 in the time zone they are located. This concludes my complaint. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the month of April as well as periods of disruption also noted on my account at Spot On. I have had multiple work orders on my account and they should be documented.

Review: For the past month, Spot On Networks' internet service has not been working. After multiple online customer service requests as well as phone requests, the issue has still not been resolved. When reaching customer service, they claim they do not have any information about previous communicated issues. Customer service also has promised to fix the issue but it has been more than a month at this point. When requesting a refund for the time that service was not provided, the customer service representatives claim to email supervisors and the billing department, but no refund has been given. All in all, Spot On Networks is promising to deliver a service (internet connection) but not delivering the service while still taking payment.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a refund for the past month of no service and cancel the contract without any additional fees.
