operators, their side of the agreement is to hold a certain number of parking spots for us, and obviously something unfortunately went awry in this case.  I am having my account management team reach out to our partner operators to see why the lot was full during your reservation hours.I've gone ahead and refunded the $18 you paid to us for the initial spot back to your card and you'll see a separate email confirming this.  The funds should go back to your card in about 5-7 business days. We did not charge you any extra for the relocation, but covered the $7 difference on us via SpotHero credit.  I've also added $20 of SpotHero credit to cover the metered street parking and for the trouble, though I know it can't make up for the inconvenience.  As for the unpleasant service you received on your second call, that's absolutely unacceptable and the opposite of what we want to happen.  I'll be sure to review the case and follow up with Chris personally. Again, my apologies that the lot was full and for the unpleasant experience, and I look forward to resolving any outstanding issues!Sincerely,Helen [redacted]Lead Hero Manager
