Everything that was said by the business was fabrication all lies , u can definitely see the mechanic do oil Change in your vehicle also I was upset did call the police and do have a police report in the *** *** the question is why would I spend my time with this I have nothing better to do I have been doing oil change there for over years never in my years did I even complain about anything why would I do that now , as I also said don't need any monetary value all I need back is my parts that they stole , if u guys could visit the place which I know u all would not do u will see that every thing is accuse them of is legit and value The detective of the *** *** is handling the case and I was told to speak to the Revdex.com and also file a complaint ! The bottom line is that they took my part of the vehicle and did not put it back on they stole it and I did speak to the *** an was a wast of time I even look at the review when this happen and they have horrible review from *** and *** So is just not me alone they also have other customer that are dissatisfying with there service and employees because they have all illegal immigrants working for them and underpaying them which I overheard them sayingMy case against spotless car wash is legit and true I am not here to tell any lies but the truth the truth and nothing but the truth THEY ARE THIEFS

 This is the police report # [redacted] , if I am not speaking the truth why is it the fired the guy that did the oil change , this is what my wife was told when she asked for the guy some one from the car was told her that he got fired for some complaint about oil change ! That is all I have to say now I was told by the detective of the 106pct to bring legal action the [redacted] that it it now a civil matter

As stated previously, we are an honest and reputable neighborhood business and DO NOT take or sell used parts from our customers vehicles. It was explained to him by our technician and also the police (who went downstairs to check his vehicle ) that there was NO cover on his car. All our employees are paid well, so this guy needs to get his facts straight. This guy is delusional. he is NOT a regular customer, none of the employees know him and he doesn't even know the [redacted] of the oil change who has been here for over 6 years. He is just out to get something for nothing. We take offense to these false accusations and we ask that you please not waste your time and ours with this troublemaker.

Review: Went to do oil change at location they took out the shield that cover the oil panel that have to come out before they do the oil change I see the person took it out the oil change was completed and they did not put back that shield the same time I bought it to there attention no one speak English there so I went below the vehicle and show them they did not put back the shield the vehicle is a 2013 there was no [redacted]s at the time try multiple times to speak to the [redacted] but was unsuccessful no phone call was return back . I told them I see the guy put in on the side let me go and look and was told that I cannot so they really sold my parts from my vehicle the police was called the officer from the [redacted] was not helpfull at all they say it was a civil matter I must also say that they are paying these guys with cash underpay because I also heard some of them talking about they did not get pay for a couple of hours so they should be investigatedDesired Settlement: I want them to put back my vehicle the same way that they got it I do not want compensation I want my parts back Please don't close this case the info is correct phone contact is [redacted] name is [redacted]
