To whom it may concern I mr [redacted] find that you saw no concern about your customers he did not repair my vehicle I was the one who saw him my mechanic looked it over and he did find that only he put new fuses in my vehicle and cleaned my battery post he walked around talking to other mechanics I watched him I saw him put the fuses in and he started back talking to other mechanics furthermore I find you rude and not concerned again of your customers he ripped me off you show no concern of your employees to find out so therefore I consider you guys to be Thieves you did not contact me of the matter so if you would like to speak with me my phone number is XXX XXX XXXX thank you I will have a great day however you too this matter is not over I will be looking into an attorney about this and I have evidence I do not want to take this no further I agree that the [redacted] was worth the work I rather we work this out then to take it to court all I'm asking for is the money that he put on the receipt called it labor he did no labor I know that you have cameras around your establishment why didn't you take a look yourself please contact me to resolve the matter as far as I'm concerned the case is not closed

This vehicle needed a wiper motor and wiper transmission to start with because they were both brokenWhen we replaced, they worked fineThe customer did bring it back a week later to say that sometimes they would come on by themselvesThe
wiper switch inside the car is starting to go bad, and this is causing it to be ultra sensitive to bumps on the roadUnfortunately, I can not check that problem if the wiper motor and transmission are broken and not working at allIts kind of synonymous with having a house with the water turned off by the cityUntil the water is turned back on to the house, there is no way to check to see if a toilet is running or if a pipe is leakingSimply put, the car needs additional repair workIt stinks,and I can sympathize with the customers plight, but it simply needs more work.I may be able to discount the repair by $as a one time courtesy, but the customer would need to bring the car in so we can discuss at the shopthanks
