"She left the store then came back in and started getting nasty. I said and I quote "Obviously we are not going to be able to to service you the way you would like so I recommend that you use another dry cleaner." She stormed out saying that wait until you see what I say about you. I confirmed with my manager and verified the language she used. I believe that we did not do anything wrong and would approach this matter the same way." [redacted]: I am not sure where the misunderstanding happened. I swore at no one, either when picking up my clothing originally or the second time when a "fix" was to have been made. This is clearly not true and I am not sure why this lie is being stated. [redacted]'s boyfriend, [redacted], typing: The quotation above from the owner is clearly false, a lie. I was there during this portion of the conversation. No one on our side got nasty. We came back in, holding our one year old. We aren't going to yell and scream or get nasty with anyone in front her. Would even the lowest class person get nasty in front of a baby? Absurd.Not sure why we have a lie here? What's the point? I did try to have a conversation with you? I expressed the opinion to you that we have some kind of misunderstanding. You asked us to leave, which we did. No one got nasty.We did let you know that we will provide a strongly negative opinion about your business at every turn and we will. That is a promise, guaranteed.One other thing: I've known [redacted] for a long time---she doesn't swear. She just doesn't. The whole story is false. I don't see the point. Request remains the same: an apology and a refund of what we spent in your "establishment". 50% of the reviews on [redacted] are negative. That seems to be 50% too small.

In response to the above complaint I have a different opinion as what has happened. The customer dropped of clothes and they were cleaned and pressed in a professional manner. Upon receiving a silk blouse that was pleated on the sleeves she complained to the customer service rep that who the F---...

creases sleeves on a blouse. The manager pointed out that the sleeves were pleated and what the presses are told to press. She offered to repress that at no charge. The customer also had a Beret that we cleaned and she said that it was not round enough for her. Again the manager said that we would re clean it and steam it out. The customer came in on Monday and picked up and was satisfied with the blouse, but not that hat and she said that it was ruined and wanted to be reimbursed. She came in loaded for bear. I said there was nothing wrong at all and I ( the owner) expressed that she swore at my manger and I did not appreciate that. She left the store then came back in and started getting nasty.
