[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] , I have received NO refund form Spotless Cleaners He keeps promising to refund my $for the "cleaning" but has yet to pay me Also he has not addressed the ruining of my purse I have provided him with several pictures of the purse before taking it to the cleanersPlease, let me know what to do from here [redacted] Regards, [redacted] ***

PureFlow Airdog has been in contact multiple times with this customerThe warranty technicians here have done their job to the highest level of professionalism and properness when it comes to our company's standards The lead technician here at our company is in the process of helping out this customerThe pump he is referring to has a life time warranty attached to itThat being said, if anything happens to the pump we will replace it with a new oneThis is what was done when he discusses the break down in PA The customer then mentions he wants refunded for the towing expenses occursHowever in the back of our installation manual that comes with every pump, it states that our company is not responsible for any cost outside of the pump We have out bases covered Our company has done everything in their power to help the customer when in needIf there are any further questions, do not hesitate to contact me Justin [redacted] Finance and Materials Manager 317-421-

In response to the above complaint I have a different opinion as what has happenedThe customer dropped of clothes and they were cleaned and pressed in a professional mannerUpon receiving a silk blouse that was pleated on the sleeves she complained to the customer service rep that who the F--- creases sleeves on a blouseThe manager pointed out that the sleeves were pleated and what the presses are told to pressShe offered to repress that at no chargeThe customer also had a Beret that we cleaned and she said that it was not round enough for herAgain the manager said that we would re clean it and steam it outThe customer came in on Monday and picked up and was satisfied with the blouse, but not that hat and she said that it was ruined and wanted to be reimbursedShe came in loaded for bearI said there was nothing wrong at all and I ( the owner) expressed that she swore at my manger and I did not appreciate thatShe left the store then came back in and started getting nastyI said and I quote "Obviously we are not going to be able to to service you the way you would like so I recommend that you use another dry cleaner." She stormed out saying that wait until you see what I say about youI confirmed with my manager and verified the language she usedI believe that we did not do anything wrong and would approach this matter the same way

This person was never a customer of ours.? She purchased the vehicle from one of our customers.? Our warranty is months or 12,miles.? Our warranty does not transfer to another person who purchases a vehicle.? The repairs were out of warranty by over a year.? We were however going to prorate the battery for this person, even though we never sold her the battery.? She wanted the cash instead of the battery.? This is not something we do.? We were willing to offer her the prorate credit toward another repair, but she refused.? She became irate and refused to leave our business when asked.? We had to call the police to make her leave.?

We WERE a dealer of Airdog, I had a customer call and had a problem, so I got ahold of airdog and they told me it was not under lifetime warranty and I even have a copy of the warranty paper that we mailed in I was told by one of their techsthat I could pay $for a new one, I said I would call back, I did and left messages and never received a call back and our customer called and said he was turning us over to Revdex.com and we have an A+ rating and it was not our fault the customer should be turning over airdog

Absurd.Not sure why we have a lie here? What's the point? I did try to have a conversation with you? representatives, I am confident we did our job to the highest standardThe complaint at hand is Guarantee or Warranty/ Customer Service IssuesMr*** said the instructions were not clear about the oiling of the fittingsThis is clearly stated in our manuals and a separate piece of paper when you buy the system from our dealersWe have these available if you would like to see, they are also available on our website.We have all phone conversations with our technical department on recordThe plant manager and I went back and listen to the (2) on recordAfter listening the plant manager decided it was in the best interest to send the customer a replacement base and fittingsThis will solve the issue he was havingI will say our technician spoke on the phone to the highest degree of professionalism and told the customer exactly what our manuals and warranty terms stateNothing was rude about the phone calls, and we have them on record if you would like to hear themIf there are any further questions, do not hesitate to contact meJustin M***

We WERE a dealer of Airdog, I had a customer call and had a problem, so I got ahold of airdog and they told me it was not under lifetime warranty and I even have a copy of the warranty paper that we mailed in 2010. I was told by one of their techs. that I could pay $219 for a new one, I said I would call back, I did and left 2 messages and never received a call back and our customer called and said he was turning us over to Revdex.com and we have an A+ rating and it was not our fault the customer should be turning over airdog.
