Spotless Hand Car Wash and Detailing

Review: Came in for a exterior hand wash only. After the wash before leaving. I found the clear coat on 3 off my machine Finnish wheels peeling off and some kind of burn marks on them. I asked if they put acid on my wheels they said yes and they also used a pressure washer on them. The sign out front says 100% hand wash. Manager comes out and tells me its my fault making up every reason he can think of. I always wash my car myself, I take it to car shows, so I pay attention to it in every aspect. I called the police they said to file a complaint get the businesses info, they wouldn't come down. The manager of the car wash would not give me any information or help in any way. Basically told me move my car to the side of the building and they kept washing cars and he went somewhere in the back of the wash bay. I called police again told them he's not giving me any info they said get what I can. I was trying to resolve this problem with the management from about 12pm-4pm being as patient as possible he was just waiting for me to give up. I had my girlfriend come down to the car wash to witness this and take pictures before I leave. So he wouldn't say I did it . I asked him to sign a paper saying he saw the damage, not that he did it but that he saw it. Manager refused to do that. If you run a business you should know what you doing. Should I have stood in the wash bay and tell them not to do this and that. Thats what he said I should have done. How am I supposed to know whats in the unmarked bottles they use. I don't think it's legal for me to be in the wash bay anyway. I work at a car dealership shop so I know some things. I had a wheel repair company inspect my wheels. I was told they put acid on my hot wheels and it burned the clear coat off. In order to fix them they would have to be stripped, remachined and clear coated at a cost of 750$. Call 2 other places all gave same price. I have pictures, estimate for repair and cause of damage. Remember I paid for 100% hand wash not pressure washer.Desired Settlement: I would like for spotless hand wash to pay for the damage to my wheels 750.00$ is the cost of repair.
