I would like to thank Rick and Randy for the fine work they did on a small drywall job at our house They responded to my first call in a timely manner, always showed up on time, and did a very neat, professional job when they were here The fact that they called several times to make sure we were happy with the results before accepting payment was greatly appreciated Never experienced that before with any type of home remodeling company I hope to use them again for more projects in the future
Mainly decide to call this company due to the great review here in Revdex.com.org. The job I needed was pretty small. Talked to the owner (Rick) on Tuesday, promise someone will come over to check and do the work that was needed. Today is Friday and no one has showed up even though I called every day of the week. Been in the customer service field myself it is imposible for me to give a good review not only because the job was never done, but because the company FAILED to contact a customer that needed their service.
