as stated previously, the service was performed with customer approval and is just a drainage of fluids, adding new fluids and cleaningthis service has absolutely no bearing on the problems ( whatever they are, we have not heard about what caused or what the actual problem was!) the vehicle hadsounds like some overheating problem like a bad thermostat, which has nothing to do with our servicewe stand by our work and will not be taken advantage of by people that have an issue but continuously keep driving and then try and blame someone else for their abuse of the vehiclethank you, spotless

THIS CUSTOMER CAME TO OUR SHOP FOR THE FIRST TIMESHE EXPLAINED TO THE MGRSHE JUST CAME FROM A MECHANICS SHOP AND WAS HAVING PROBLEMS WITH HER CARWE ARE NOT A MECHANICS SHOP AND TOLD HER SOSHE ASKED FOR A SPECIFIC PACKAGE WITH AN OIL CHANGE AND ENGINE FLUSH,THIS SERVICE JUST DRAINS AND
REPLACES THE FLUIDSNO MECHANICAL WORK WAS DONE ON THE VEHICLETHEREFORE, WHATEVER PROBLEM SHE WAS HAVING WITH HER VEHICLE (SUCH AS OVERHEATING) HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE SERVICE WE PERFORMEDAPPARENTLY, THIS PERSON IS LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO PAY FOR DAMAGES SHE MOST CERTAINLY CAUSED BY DRIVING WHEN SHE KNEW THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH HER VEHICLE

[I was not having any problems with my vehicle I came in for oil change and they suggested that I recieve engine flush I told then if they think that it was neccesary to do it no problem I had asked them what services they offer for future reference if I needed anything done in regards to maintense but there was nothing wrong with my van when I went for oil change and I have my mechanic receipts to prove  they caused this problem to my van

the customer received an oil change and engine flush service from us. this was on saturday evening.after she left she returned and said the car was overheating. we are NOT a mechanic shop, we checked her radiator and antifreeze. they were fine. as a courtesy, we said we will let the shop across the...

street look at it, but they were closed until monday. she agreed. we kept her car in our garage until monday morning when we brought it to the mechanic. he found that her thermostat and also her water pump were no good.these two problems have NOTHING to do with the service we performed. we called the customer and told her the problems and gave her the mechanics price. she agreed to have the car fixed. she picked up the car from the shop and paid the mechanic directly. she even saved money because we send each other business when we can. this problem was not in any way our resposibility and all we tried to do was help her.
