We had a contractor look at our concrete slab (aka our patio) and told us that it couldn’t have shifted upwards enough to cause damage to the sidingWe also didn’t damage our garageWe needed work done to it in order for our vehicle to fit and we wanted
them to do it because they did do such a good job on the original projectHe provided an estimate for the work on both the garage and fixing the siding around the patio door, which we were ok withHowever, we were told they were going to be out to complete the job, so I took time off of work in order to be home and they didn’t showI called multiple times and left messages and received no responseI then texted because that was my last resortI was a little mad about not getting a response and wasting my time off to sit at homeHe was rude, told me I was meanThat was the last time he respondedSince texting seemed to be the only way I could get a response, I checked back in for the next couple of weeks and never received any response or even an update as to when he thought he could come out and get the work done.? I am extremely disheartened that company can treat a customer in this wayIt also concerns me, from what was said in his response to my complaint, that if we have any future warranty issues or we have a storm and need work done, that they will not comply with their warranty policyOne reason we chose this company was, not only the product they provided, but that if we needed work done or pieces of the siding replaced (say after a hail storm) that they would be there.?

Just wanted to apologize for taking so long to get the window wrapped. it just didn't feel good to have a Revdex.com complaint filed after being gone on vacation and nor responding. I saved you close to $2000 on the garage siding (you and I know about...

it) and it really hurt when I saw a Revdex.com complaint a few weeks later. Your sister's place turned out very beautiful and I think we did a great job. Again, very sorry for taking it long to finish up a window wrap.

[redacted], First on thank you for finally wrapping the window. I wished that you would have done it BEFORE I submitted a Revdex.com complaint. I gave you the ENTIRE summer to take 30 minutes out of one of your worker's time to come over to wrap he window because I wanted to give you the benefit that you would come through on your word. I have apologized for the initial Revdex.com complaint and thanked you for saving me money on the garage siding and thought that we were on good terms, but that should not have prevented you from finishing up the window wrapping or ordering the replacement window that cracked in a timely matter. I am sadden by the fact that both times that I have had communications issues with you, it took less than two weeks AFTER submitting a Revdex.com complaint for you to follow up with me or get the job finished.
