Review: I ordered make-up for a high school production, and asked the owner to not place the order until we were sure that the product was going to be in on time for the musical. I never received confirmation, or verification of any kind. When I called requesting a refund I got a very rude man on the phone who I later came to find out was their floor manager who had a very poor attitude, telling me that he was losing customers in he store because he was on the phone with me, and also saying "are you going to shut up so I can explain." Not only this, but he also told me his owner made a "boo boo" and when I brought this to his attention he said "I do not talk like a 3 year old." At the beginning of our conversation I requested to speak to the owner and was told she wasn't available, but somehow by the end of the conversation she came out of the woodwork to talk, but wouldn't talk to me on the phone. The final thing that was said to me was "I'll issue you a check (which won't be for the full amount mind you, because I am being charged for a restocking fee and a shipping fee)" and that statement was followed by this man hanging up on me. I will never purchase anything from spotlight again, and I will see to it that any of my theater friends don't purchase anything from there either. It is NOT OKAY to treat customers with such disrespect.Desired Settlement: Full refund for the product amounting to roughly $312.00

Review: I ordered the Ben Nye FK-1 master make up kit from this website. It has a list of items that I would be receiving in the website. 5 items from the kits that was listed on this website were missing from the kit. I called several times to get these items sent to me and they said that it would be handled. I called today, 10/14/13 and they told me they weren't going to send me those item because they arent sold with the kit anymore. I looked on the website and they havent changed anything. I could order the same kit today and have the same issue. The gentleman on the phone says its not his fault and there is nothing he can do. This is clearly false advertisment. The gentleman from Spotlightcostumes.com told me to call and complaint about my missing items even though I didnt think was my job. I got the number any way and called Ben Nye. They listened to my complaint. I believe they will resolve this issue but I am unsure at this time. At the end of the day, I ordered from Spotlight and they refused to resolve this issue. The website is still incorrectDesired Settlement: If Ben Nye resolves this issue, then no settlement request is needed and Revdex.com can take this info and do what they want with it. If Ben Nye cant resolve this issue, then I want my missing items. The missing items are : 1 matte foundation, wrinkle stipple, sunburn stipple cream, quick cleanse, nose and scar wax

I did contact the manufacturer and they werent going to give the items that were missing to me. The gentleman told me that it was spotlightcostumes issue and they should deal with it. They also said it was false advertisement. I did receive the items from the manufacturer after begging and pleading but I dont feel like it was my job to do so. I am the customer and should be taken care of . No further action is needed since I did recieve my items. I just wanted their bad buisness to be brougt to light.
