Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
I contacted this company twice and the third time I waited a week and never got a responseThat is the only reason I contacted the Revdex.comThe company offered to paint over their mistake, but admitted that it would not match the existing paint on my house.Yes the side of my house is slightly faded because of sun exposure, it was perfectly fine until this company decided to spray all over the sideAs you can see, this company always find an excuse and blames it on the condition of my paintThe choice to paint my house in the future is my business and not their concern, although they seem to think it is*** said that he could paint the one side of my house for $4,500, so you were telling me that to paint my whole house would be $18,000? Again it seems like he is trying to make money on an issue that his employees causedYes I received bids to paint my entire home for $4,How am I being criticized by a company that I never hired or authorized to do any work on my home, and I have to deal with feet of my house having fence stain overspray, does not seem fair to me
I will be sure to post extreme negative feedback for this company on all social media, Yelp, etc that I can find anywhere on the internet
All of *** resolutions include the side of my house looking different because of what his employees did, that is not acceptable to me. Sincerely,*** ***

Thank you for contacting us regarding a complaint submitted on 10/10/2016 by [redacted]. We appreciate theopportunity to explain our position and defend our professionalism in our attempt to resolve the issue. On September261h, 2016, we were working on Mr. [redacted] neighbor's home staining the...

property line fence. While staining the fence weinadvertently got some overspray on the West side of Mr. [redacted] home and his trashcans. Mr. [redacted], reported the issueto our office and we immediately returned to the home and cleaned the trash cans and his home. The trash canscleaned up nicely, however the home still show slight signs of overspray. The stain cleaned off but due to the conditionof the existing paint, the siding absorbed the material and show signs of being moisturized. The section of Mr. [redacted]home that is affected faces East and has no sun protection. Mr. [redacted] admitted has not been painted in 10 years andhad been receiving quotes to repaint his entire home.I informed Mr. [redacted] that his home still show sight signs of overspray after cleaning, and we would need to touch uppaint the spots. I forewarned Mr. [redacted] that due to the condition of his paint it was impossible to guarantee thetouchup would blend in perfectly. I let him know that the touchup would most likely look like the touch up that was doneto his home recently when he winterized his siding. Mr. [redacted] said that was unacceptable. After nearly an hour, longconversation trying to come up with a mutual understanding, I offered to completely repaint the square footage of theaffected area. Mr. [redacted] stated that he did not want only a section of the side of his house painted, he wanted the entireside painted and requested a quote. We discussed the price and he informed me his quotes to paint the entire housewas only $4,000 and he informed me that he already filed a complaint with Revdex.com.My opinion is Mr. [redacted] recently performed repairs to his home, touched up the paint and was content with the resultsadmitting he needed to repaint his house and was in the process of getting estimates. We offered to touchup ourmistake but Mr. [redacted] refused, stating that he wanted the entire side of his home repainted. Most importantly, Mr.[redacted] filed a complaint prior to contacting us and discussing options for a resolution. This did not reflect good faith onhis part.
