These people are impossible to get in touch with. I called multiple times and left 3 messages before someone actually answered the phone. Once I finally scheduled the appointment I received two different "fuel charge" prices. One person said $25 and the other said $20. After more calls and asking what exactly the radius was that they worked within, it was determined that I didn't owe anything at all for fuel. The original appointment (on a Thursday) was canceled the first time because of rain and rescheduled for the following Tuesday. Each day nobody would show up at the specified time and only after I called would I find out that they weren't able to do it that day. It got pushed from Tuesday to Wednesday, then from Wednesday to Thursday, then from Thursday to Friday (It was perfect weather on these days, so it was not because of that). On Friday I got a call from what seemed to be the manager who apologized for the delays and said that he was going to come do it himself if I wanted to wait another week. At this point I had been trying to get the detail for 2 weeks and decided to cancel. These people are not professional and I do not recommend wasting your time and money here. There are plenty of other companies around the city that take pride in their business and go out of their way to ensure quality service.
