Review: Spotlite Radio induced me to pay $2,000 to promote my Florida real estate company on SpotliteRadio.com with the promise that sponsors who would be paying for ads on the three shows that I produced would then hire me to make additional radio programs for them. There were no sponsors for my three radio shows or for any of the other radio shows that they record. I should have realized that this was just a scam when I was asked to pay the first $1,000 with a credit card and the second $1,000 via a check. After complaining to my credit card company, Spotlite Radio refunded the first $1,000 but so far they have refused to refund the second $1,000.Desired Settlement: That Spotlite Radio refund me the second $1,000 in cash or via a certified check.

Review: Spotlight Radio is giving customers the "run around". They provide you this long advertising marketing approach and never follow up with you with any direction or intention of fulfilling your radio advertisment. They took funds from my credit card immediately without my knowledge. My understanding was that the funds would be paid upon the initial production interview being done. Since that time (it has been over 3 months) I have not heard one thing from them. In addition, when I call to get a refund and have my funds return, they are stating it isn't their corporate policy to cut checks for refunds. I explained to refund me the same way they took it off my credit card. They claimed they switched credit card terminal providers and cannot issue a refund via that method as well.Desired Settlement: Refund Immediately. Plus Interest.

Review: I was contacted to do a radio interview about my business. I mostly make bead work and sell at local craft shows and on line. I did a short interview &n did fine. Then they pressured me into a big contract to do an additional show to promote my business . $500. I was flattered and agreed/ My credit card was charged the $500. and received a contract that said I had 72 hour to cancel the contract and that I would get my money back minus a 15% processing fee for lost income . I immediately responded that I had changed my mind and wanted my money back. I returned the email and called them. I was then assured I would get money back. It did not come, I called again and was told that it "takes time" for this to get through the system. This has been going on since January. They tell me th money is coming and iot does not. Each time I call I remind them nicely that I respondent within the 72 hours to break the contract. Each time they refer mo to someone who is not at their desk, but will call me back. They are polite but nothing happens! I think they nee to refund my money as promised.Desired Settlement: To keep their promise! and refund my money... credit my credit card.
