We had shutters installed and Dec and due to other construction issues in our home they were unable to install the shutters in the side light windows at the front door Unfortunately the builder took over a year to resolve the construction issues and once they were complete we contacted the Louver Shop to install the shutters at the front door At this point the ownership appears to have changed to *** *** (***)*** agreed to come out to install the shutters for a fee We agreed to the fee and he came out and attempted to install the shutters, which left drill holes in our window frames It appears they were the wrong shutters *** committed to re-ordering the shutters We have made numerous attempts to reach *** as to status to no avail We simply want the shutters replaced and installed and are willing to pay for installation (but not materials)
