Review: I made a purchase from Spotterz.com for a pair of spandex Volleyball shorts for my daughter. I was charged for the shorts immediately on my credit card and an email came across with an order number. I have been waiting for three weeks and have not received any information from the order department despite numerous emails. I received a phone number from my credit card company and when I called, there was no answer. I left a voicemail and did not receive a return phone call either. I am concerned about this site being a scam.Desired Settlement: I will work with my credit card company on a refund, however I would like to undersand if the SPotterz.com company is a scam or not and would like them to be removed from doing business on the internet if this is the case.

Review: I ordered a pair of volleyball spandex for my daughter and immediately made payment to company on May 15, 2014. There was no indication the product would have to be back-ordered. The website advertises to allow 2-3 weeks for deliver IF SPECIAL ORDER PRODUCT, which it wasn't. I sent emails asking the status of my order on at least June 3, June 6 and June 17 with no replies. I tried to call the office several different times and never was able to reach a person. I filed a dispute with PayPal on June 9th hoping that would get a reply but still hasn't happened. At this time they have until June 20th (over a full month from when they received payment) to reply to PayPal claim. I decided to file complaint here in addition to PayPal because I wanted buyers to beware.Desired Settlement: The very least the company could do at this point is OVERNIGHT my original order and include an additional pair for the extreme delay and lack of client concern.
