This email is to give a response to a complaint (#10676443) made by Mrs*** ***The last vehicle we at *** Auto Repair worked on for Mrs*** was a Subaru Forester on 07/23/At this time we replace a rear driver side wheel bearingIf Mrs*** had any complaints on this
repair she could have called or come by our shop at anytime and we would have made all effort to take care of problem.I Believe however Mrs*** has filed a reportMrs*** does not own a Pontiac Grand PrixI believe that Mrs*** has filed this claim for her friend and co-worker MrsLori ***Mrs*** does own a Pontiac Grand Prix that we at *** Auto Repair installed a radiator into on 01/15/Mrs*** has been have a on going over heat issue with her vehicleAt the here say of another mechanic Mrs*** thought that we at *** Auto Repair did not replace her radiator with a new radiatorWe at *** Auto have spoke to Mrs*** and shown her a copy of the purchase receipt for her radiator on her vehicle to confirm the purchase for Mrs***.There will be No refund to Mrs***, She not very a very truthful personMrs*** has been assured that if she has any issues with her radiator she still has warranty on this unit
