Spray and Play

We are not receiving a workable solution between [redacted] and the installer on the project, [redacted] . Our Company will be scheduling an in house crew, the requested repairs by [redacted] for the added drain grate and the correction of the spray nozzles in the short shooters.

We are a Splash Pad manufacturing company. We then refer the installation of the equipment to companies such as *** *** *** *** as we did in this case. In this particular case we bid this equipment to go in an area that was shown to us via photos to be flat and on
grade. At time of installation Ms*** *** of *** *** changed the location to an off grade unleveled area. *** *** *** *** went in and did what they could to bring the area to gradeWhich still an open issues. This created more expense and is still owed $7,700. To address Ms*** statements that there was a busted pipe, the pipe had not broken but came loose from a fitting and is now fixed. The electrical wires hanging loose are low voltage and incased in an irrigation a valve box to specification. The water pipes barely under the soil was covered in line one when she moved location. The timer working was working fine she did not like it's location and had her brother electrician to move them I/s of a fenced area where *** *** of *** *** *** *** had to call out a snake removal company because there were huge snakes inside the fence. *** also expressed that he had brought in extra dirt and Ms *** had her concrete people pour a sidewalk and they used some of his dirt. The components she says were not working were turned off while Ms *** had a new water line installed. We added extra drain line and everything was approved by her brother the plumber
