We have investigated the customer complaint File NO*** The seat is actually recommended by Chiropractic Doctors for back relief, however, we understand the consumer purchased the seat from one of our distributors, S*** *** *** in Greensboro, NC and experienced discomfort with the seatWhile we guarantee the seat for life, for quality issues, we do not usually take back returns because a consumer changes their mindsHowever, consumer satisfaction is fundamental to our brand and we have contacted the distributor and initiated a refund amount to be sent to the customer Mr*** ***, in the next week Thank you

I am rejecting this response because: Minimizer knows perfectly well what has been going on with my complaintAfter several calls to them, I was informed that I would have to go through the dealer, which I didS*** *** *** of
Greensboro NC told me that they had talked to them, and I was instructed by S*** *** *** to return the seat and they would send it backI complied, but then when I called to check on the status, I was informed that Minimizer would not issue a RMA label for the returnAs of now I do not have the seat in my possession, and although my credit card issued me a return for the purchase, they haven't been reimbursed for the returnI certainly am not about to let this go, and the Attorney General's office has reached out to them twice now, and they haven't responded to them eitherWorst company I have ever dealt with, and they give no consideration to the pain I went through due to the lousy design of the seats cushioningI will never be recommending this company to anyone considering all the problems I have had in dealing with themThey should have just accepted the return and the liability for my discomfort and all would have been fineBut not any more

I am going to need proof of purchase documents.   Thanks,
