Mr. Schmidt (owner) came out to our home, by my request, twice to provide information and assistance in planning our project. The description of what would happen on the application day and how it would occur was spot on. The actual scheduling of the application day took some effort however once the crew showed up it was well worth the wait. The crew were true professionals, knew their craft and took great pains to protect exposed surfaces and my property. One of very few contractors I have dealt with that seemed to truly care about their product, their pride in workmanship, and the customer.
