This car would need to go to a wholesale auction and we would not be able to sell that here at Spreen Honda in the present condition.  I believe that is why we had told her she is more than welcome to try another Honda dealership for a second opinion.  The customer would need to turn in the car in its intended condition as it was when she purchased the car.I hope this helps to resolve this matter.Thank you,

I am trying to understand what took place here and who was the actual person that brought the car in. The filter we know had nothing to do with the actual repair as noted on the repair invoice. I certainly would not want you as a customer  to lose faith over a filter that was poorly communicated.  However, I would love to know if I am actually corresponding to the customer that brought it in that day and was involved in this strictly for training purposes so this does not happen again.  I will be refunding this said amount for goodwill purposes.  Respectfully,
