I am trying to understand what took place here and who was the actual person that brought the car inThe filter we know had nothing to do with the actual repair as noted on the repair invoiceI certainly would not want you as a customer to lose faith over a filter that was poorly communicated However, I would love to know if I am actually corresponding to the customer that brought it in that day and was involved in this strictly for training purposes so this does not happen again I will be refunding this said amount for goodwill purposes Respectfully,
