Dishonest company
You make one order from them they send the wrong item. Then they save your credit card info and charge $400. and send you something you didn't order. Why would you order from them again when you was unhappy the first time. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !

Should have checked this site first.
I have had some bad experiences online but this vendor takes the cake. I needed to return an item, so they sent me a return label. They received an item but never refunded the money. Chatted with them and they agreed to refund. I have an email that says they will send the money. Never did get the refund.

They stole from me.

This has been, by far, the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I bought an exercise bike from them. Within less than a month of using it the pedal broke. I contacted them immediately about the issue. Instead of fixing the issue they wanted me to contact their supplier. It has been three months and I now have a $900 paper weight sitting in my house because the issue still is not fixed. I will never do business with this company again.

I had ordered from them on 6/6/20 and have yet to hear anything. I got an initial email thanking me for my order then no contact. I have emailed and called and get no response. They either need to ship my order or refund my large amount of money I spent.

We recently ordered an above-ground pool. The product did not arrive by delivery date, and I received no meaningful communication about the lag. Instead, when I inquired after the product over e-mail, the company automatically refunded the purchase, without even asking my preference. I would give zero stars if I could.

The exact same situation happened here ! I am waiting for a "resolution" from them and/OR will demand $$$$'s back ! This is ridiculous !

I do not normally write reviews but seeing so many with issues I have to question them. Even though there were questionable reviews I went ahead and made what I consider a major purchase as the price was very good. That alone concerned me but I have to say everything went perfectly with 0 issues whatsoever. This was a large freight shipment that had me even more concerned arriving damaged but the boxes (2) arrived on a pallet and brought into my garage again with 0 issues. Maybe I'm lucky or others are not or looking to hurt this company IDK but my experience was positive and I would absolutely deal with again. Especially if a similar deal was offered on an item I was interested in. I ordered a freight shipment on Saturday January 4th and it was delivered perfectly on Wednesday January the 8th with updates on order status in between. You be the judge.

On 12/14/19 I purchased a Lancaster 48" 3 in 1 Pool Billiard Slide Hockey Foosball Combo Arcade Game Table from ***. On 12/16/19, I received a shipped confirmation however, there was no tracking ID from *** provided . On 12/17/19 the item showed as shipped and expected delivery to be 12/18/19 by 8pm yet tracking was still unavailable. On 12/18/19 at 9:30 pm, I made contact with the seller via email (spoke to Ally) regarding the whereabouts of my package. Ally provided *** tracking and the item was showing as delivered. When I informed the CSR that my package was indeed NOT delivered and that *** is now on 12/18/19 showing as DELAYED with NO TRACKING still, the CSR suggested we went to our neighbors and asked if our package was delivered by accident to the incorrect address. We live in military housing so we did and no one saw our package. In fact, our housing manager sent out an email notification asking for neighbors to bring the package to the office should it be in their possession or mistakenly delivered to the wrong address. But we still need to wait 48 hours to make sure the package is recovered. When I inquired about the package possibly not being recovered and mentioning that this was my 12 year old Christmas gift, if it would be re-shipped before Christmas I was told there was no guarantee. The seller made NO efforts to resolve my matter. So I took my 3 hour headache to *** customer service and THEY showed the package on their end to be delayed and expected 12/21 yet when I provided them with ally's details and *** tracking they too saw something wasn't right and rectified the situation and refunded my money. This company refused to acknowledge or even care about the situation and will never get my business again

purchase with this seller has been a nightmare. delivery package arrived in terrible condition that was just left at my house with no signature or inspection upon delivery. once I inspected I noticed pool filter was missing with cloth. this took almost a week to get addressed. price lowered $30 after 14days past order and seller refused to adjust because it was few days past 14day policy. I would think twice if you want to buy from this seller

First *** AC unit they sent me the wheels were damaged. They picked up the unit and sent a second one. The second unit leaked. Call *** company, who sent out a third unit.

When preparing the second unit for recycling, we took the back panel off, only to discover several round holes damaging the coil. Plus the coil was bent.

This is not a company I would recommend to anyone.

never imagine that is a fraud to make business with them.
I only want to say to everybody, BE SURE BEFORE PURCHASING SOMETHING.
THEY NOT ARE SERIUS WITH THE DELIVERIES AND USE THIS FOR KEEP MONEY FOR THEIR BUSINESS.

I purchased by condition to delivery day, and only they said sorry for the confusion, and refound 50% for the purchase with many I am sorry.

For me it was a pretty bad experience, I never will buy anithing with them, they are not serius company.

We purchased an 18x19 pool from VM innovation via ***. When we added the water to the pool, we noticed one of the side seems leaking. We contacted *** who had VM contact us. I received an email a few days later stating they will replace the liner and was told they will check their inventory for a new liner only replacement. They did not contact me with in the 4 days they asked for to check their inventory. I had to contact them and was told that the did not have an extra liner. .But what they can do is send a new entire pool. For them to send a new pool they wanted us to cut out the warning sign on the side of the pool and send it to them via a picture. By doing this we made the pool unusable. I sent the e-mail with the photos. I received and email back saying thank you and they will send a brand new pool. I e-mailed back asking for tracking number. They wrote back saying they out our out of stock and are unable to replace the pool. We are now without a pool and and temperature are now in 100's! They did offer to re refund, that does not solve the problem. They promised an item and did not fill that promise. They should have checked their inventory before they asked us to destroy the pool . We could have duct tape the darn seem but it came in damaged.

I wouldn't buy this product. I got it for my daughter for X-mas 2018 over 7 months ago. The manual said that the back tire might come flat during shipping. Yes it was flat! But what they didn't say was that it would go flat after 1 day of use. I live over 4 hours from my daughter and she has only used it 3x because the process of putting air in the tire almost requires a certified mechanic. First you have to remove a valve extender from the handlebar. Then you have to open a dime sized cover on the sprocket case and insert the valve extender thru the case and then thru another smaller hole in the sprocket. Be careful to not chop off your fingers on sprocket teeth when spinning around to line up with dime sized hole. Now you only have to push the extender another few inches to engage the valve on the tire that goes flat after every use. Support from *** and the seller has been lackluster. *** doesn't seem to think there is anything wrong with a manual that comes from the manufacturer (Razor), that says the tire come FLAT. I have bought many Razor products including 2 top of the line hover boards and multiple scooters. After this experience not so sure about Razor products and this notoriously defective product that they mention in their manual and the flat tire. *** some how deleted my product review mentioning this too, so I'm sure this info will probably get deleted too.

I have tried super gluing the tire and using rubber cement. Not what you should expect when buying a $250 electric scooter. Support from *** & VM Innovations has been non-existent. Just reading this you can see how wrong your are - give me my money back. What rip off - going back to old school shopping - bye ***. Guess it back to Walmart & Target time. At least you can bring bring back defective products.
