I normally do not review companies unless I have something good to say, but this company is terrible and if anyone is considering using them, I would say Run..Run Fast, they do not deserve your consideration We just had a garbage disposal replaced by Plumbcraft Services and it was the WORST customer service I have received, not only are they slow but they are rude and lie The only reason we did not go elsewhere is because this was the company assigned to the issue thru our home buyer’s protection insurance company (*** ***) and were told we needed to give them an opportunity to complete If we hadn’t gotten the insurance company involved I doubt it would be completed yet It took a month to complete the job after being told it would only be a week The first tech that came to the house was nice; he tried to convince me there is no difference between a 1/3hp and 1/2hp motor (I’m not a mechanic but I know there is a difference) and to replace my 1/2hp with the 1/because they had those on the truck I wanted it replaced with what I had, so was told it would take week which I was ok with After days and hearing nothing, I started calling Plumbcraft…after days of leaving messages and no response I finally reached someone and was told they hadn’t received it yet but would check with supplier and call me back within the hour Silly me I believed them! The next day I called again and was told it was on backorder but should be there by Friday…it’s been weeks nowWhen asked why I didn’t receive a call and told about the backorder, I was told “I’m telling you now” That is not how you speak to a customer I asked to schedule the service for Friday and was told that they wouldn’t do that until they received it, so then asked to be called on Friday with a status whether or not received Of course no call was received Monday I left messages again with no response, Tuesday finally reached someone in the afternoon and was told it would be received today Asked again to be called when it was received so could schedule, but nothing Called the next morning and left a message..no response, so at this point called *** *** to get there help and this is when Plumbcraft obviously lied First, she said that she was just about to call and would do so right away *** *** said if we didn’t hear from them or had any other problems to give them a call, which we did after waiting ½ hours no call *** *** contacted them again, and she said she had been trying to call and leaving messages…not one call was received from them Again, lying to cover her incompetence We finally got it scheduled with the help of *** *** for the following day with a hour window (12-4pm) At 4:15pm received a call from the tech that he was on his way, no apology for being late or even an acknowledgement that he was late Common courtesy and basic customer service would be to call prior to being late and notify the customer But this company lacks both common courtesy and customer service The disposal did get replaced, this tech (different from the first one) was rude and you could tell he was not happy to be working late I would never use or recommend this company to anyone, and have also told *** *** how awful the service was *** *** was very helpful and I appreciate them getting involved resolving the situation

My experience with plumbcraft services was not very good and I would not recommend them to anyone. My family currently has a home warranty program with [redacted]. Last week I noticed that my downstairs toilet appeared to be very loose and rocking quite a bit. I decided to remove the toilet and investigate what was causing the problem. I have removed, repaired and installed a great many of toilets with the rental properties and my home maintenance. I basically removed the toilet in case of a leaking wax seal ring. I did not want my subfloor damaged from a defective wax seal. When the toilet was pulled I noticed that the toilet flange had been damaged. This was causing the toilet to be unstable. I immediately called my home warranty company and they directed me to plumcraft. When plumbcraft arrived yesterday I noted right away that they did not appear to be very professional and not very interested in doing the work. They appeared only interested in the 75 dollar deductible they were to receive. Today August 12th I called my home warranty company in regards to my claim. They stated that my claim was void due to me removing the toilet from the bathroom. My main gripe is with the plumcraft company I have a feeling that they new my claim would not go through and they just wanted my money for being at ny home for approx. 15 minutes. They appear to be quite dishonest . Thank you.

We were sent the [redacted] residence by her home warranty company [redacted] to diagnose an issue with her kitchen sink stoppage. 
 Per Ms. [redacted] warranty it states "You will pay the $60.00 service call fee when the technician arrives at your...

home." This is listed very first on her contact with [redacted] and the under the IMPORTANT section of her contract it states "This contract covers only the items mentioned as covered and excludes all others. Items must be in good safe working order at the start of coverage. Items must be installed for diagnosis and located within the confines of the perimeter of the main foundation of the home or garage."
In other words the home owners are responsible for their service call at time of service and fixtures (ie pipes and faucets) must be installed to make proper diagnosis.
The pictures were to show[redacted] the way the items looked upon arrival. This is our companys common practice to take pictures when we go to a residence and we are unable to complete a proper repair and or diagnose due to an item being removed, not installed, misuse, and or vandalism.
In order for us to be able to test the kitchen drain line to know the proper action or repair that needs to take place, we need to be able to run water both before and after repairs.
We as a company are out there to provide the most efficient and honest diagnosis and repairs to all of our clients either a home warranty customer or a customer who does not belong to the various warranty companies that we do work with. We treat all our clients with the utmost respect and take every situation serious.
 We are not willing to refund the home owner money because it does cost us to send licensed plumbers, in a marked and insured vehicle and the fact that her contract with her warranty company requires them to pay a service fee when they call for a contractor no matter what the trade is. We are willing to give her a $10.00 credit off her next service call fee with US. We are not the warranty company. She can always seek reimbursement from them if she feels she was misinformed of the way her contract works.
