Purchase a mattress set from *** on 04/03/18, order# *** . This set was delivery 04/10/18 and has not been moved from original spot. The mattress became unbearable to sleep on, upon inspection I notice sagging in the upper area on both sides of mattress. The foundation wood is also splitting. Contact Spring Air and ***, and forward warranty documents to Mr. *** on 06/06/2019.
Attached is a copy of the Spring Air Warranty card. It states that the consumer is responsible for the transportation. Our warranty department sent the customer all the required documentation to file a warranty claim. They state they spoke to Mr. a few times. They said that the customer did not want to pay the shipping of the replacement mattress (which is not covered by the warranty as stated in the attached warranty card). The customer said he would be reaching out to *** and would then call us back. Our warranty department has stated that they have not heard back from the customer. We will be more than willing the honor the warranty and replace the defective product, however Mr. is responsible for the shipping charges.

Hello Mr., my first question is who is picking up the defective mattress set. Can they drop the new set off upon picking up defective set. The second question is their are many supplier of Spring Air mattress set in the *** & *** area. Can my mattress set be delivery from one of those supplier. The third question is prorate the defective mattress set and refund me that amount(keep defective mattress set). Thanks
I bought the Back Supporter with *** in 2012. Before the fist year was even up, there was a bubble in the mattress. I submitted a claim, but Spring Air turned it down. I kept the mattress and now in 2019 the mattress has body impressions, the stitching is coming undone, and the mattress looks like it is sagging. All-in-all, it was not worth the 1900.00 I paid for it. I have sent them pictures, which they keep asking me to redo them for various reasons and I have sent them a copy of the receipt. After receiving the response this morning to redo the pictures again, I decided it's not worth dealing with them and I told them I would leave some great feedback for their company. *** will give me a full refund on this mattress, but I was hoping Spring Air would stand behind their warranty...WRONG! I will never buy another Spring Air Mattress! I would leave a 0 star rating, but it will only allow me to do a 1 star rating.
