I was told that the fabric was not covered! I was told that it had 10 year warranty but do not remove tags it will void the warranty. Also to keep it clean which I did I had a mattress cover on it since it was new. I have never had mattress to have ruins like this has ruins on left and right side, I have other mattress set before and even cheap ones and I never had ruins like this one. I think there is a defect on this set. I have photo be glad to send you. Am a very dissatisfied customer , I thought Spring air stands by there product! 2 years the mattress set should not do these! I am asking them to do the right thing and give me a set similar to mine, a replacement. Do they want a customer that is unhappy with there product. I paid about 500.00 for this set brand new.

G[redacted] he said he would fix or replace, he did not mention in any way shape or form that the replace was covered by the warranty, I understand the stain prevented them from taking the mattress apart to investigate the flaw, which he admitted was real in the mattress, knowing the problem was real, not imagined stain or not he needs to honor his statement and REPLACE. The only time that mattress pad was not in place was when the mattress was moved and the only way that stain and its location on the mattress had to have been in the process of moving. There is no way any bodily function would have made that stain in that location in fact the mattress is a virgin.
