I took my clothes and my husband to Spring Cleaners Spring Aldine Westfield Spring, Tx (281-528-My husband clothes were to be dry clean and with medium starch, and my clothes were to be dry clean onlyI only dissatisfied with my clothesI took one jacket and skirt set which was a peach colorI also took one black skirt and one cream skirtThese two skirts also came with matching jacketI did not take the two jackets that belongs to the black or the cream skirts to belongsI send my husband to pick up our clothes from the cleaners When he came home with the clothesI notice that the black skirt nor the cream skirt were not my skirtsI even brought both of the jackets that belongs to these skirtsI were telling them that these were not my skirtsI was telling them that they gave me some body else skirtsThey were telling me are my skirtsThe two skirts was not the colors as my jacketsThe two skirts were lighter in shadesThey not have the brand name tags inside of them like the jackets doThe owners inform me that they lost one of my skirtI asked them if they could find itThey reply that one could not find itThey would not good of their mistakeThis is a business that I would never go back to

My husband clothes were to be dry clean and with medium starch, and my clothes were to be dry clean only. I only dissatisfied with my clothes. I took one jacket and skirt set which was a peach color. I also took one black skirt and one cream skirt. These two skirts also came with matching jacket. I did not take the two jackets that belongs to the black or the cream skirts to belongs. I send my husband to pick up our clothes from the cleaners. When he came home with the clothes. I notice that the black skirt nor the cream skirt were not my skirts. I even brought both of the jackets that belongs to these skirts. I were telling them that these were not my skirts. I was telling them that they gave me some body else skirts. They were telling me are my skirts. The two skirts was not the colors as my jackets. The two skirts were lighter in shades. They not have the brand name tags inside of them like the jackets do. The owners inform me that they lost one of my skirt. I asked them if they could find it. They reply that one could not find it. They would not good of their mistake. This is a business that I would never go back to.

Review: I took a new suit (blazer and pants) to Spring Cleaners to fix the length of sleeves and the length of the pants. They iron the suit when they fixed and they burned the textile so now those parts look shinny.

They ruined the suit so I went to complain and asked for my money. Not only that the [redacted] didn't recognized his mistake, but he insulted me with bad words when I asked for my money back and blame me that he had to fixed twice. But not only the sleeve that he fixed twice is burned, also the other sleeve and the pants.Desired Settlement: I want the the money that I payed for the service back. And I also want the money of the suit back because it was brand new. I have the ticket that can prove that the suit is new because I bought it a few days before I took it to this [redacted].
