[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am .rejecting this response because:The rude Administrator who disconnected the call responded when a response was requested from her superior.In addition, any other filed complaints are irrelevant to this particular complaintThe complaint with the [redacted] was not resolved along with a retaliation complaint still pending an investigation sine this facility crippled a year old woman with no valid explanation of how the incident occurred then violated her HIPSA rights by placing a do not resciitate bracelet on her for all to see then blaming it on hospital staffMy mother had been dismissed from the hospital for weeks when this bracelet was identified and a picture taken by a close relative.Spring Creeks administrator is still refusing to answer why her staff ordered medications that my motjer is not on in dosages that she was not on.Spring Creek WAS, in fact, cited by the [redacted] for verbally abusing a year old resident, my motherThis fact eas no mentioned by the ignorant administrator who defends staff who abuse patients.This complaint requested a response from Jennifer R [redacted] s superior, not her! The response is therefore unacceptable as was the rudeness exhibited by the [redacted] administrator.I am eager for this complaint to become public as Spring Creek is imvolved in MANY law suits as a result of their deficient quality of cate practices and lack of quality oversight by an ineffective Administrator Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: Again, as stated, in my last response to date I have received no communication from a superior of the previous respondent who eas the subject of the complaint.A response from the subject of the complaint is unacceptable when tje original request clearly stated (if read by Speing Creek staff) a valid response of my questions from a superior of the subjectThis has not occurred.In fact the signature on the previous response is unrecognizable and unidentifiable with no title or explanation of this person's relationship to the issues presented.For all anyone knows, this could be any random stranger from the nearest street corner assigned the task of a responseThis is not far fetched considering Spring Creek's history.In addition, this person clearly has no understanding of the definition of "harassment" so let me enlighten him in my response.Harrassment is defined as or more unwanted communications from an individual which is threatening in nature. I have refused to communicate with the rude *** complained about and chose to vommunicate through the Revdex.com so harassment is not evident as any law enforcement official will agree.I still have not been contacted by a Spring Creek staff member other rhan the person complained about with a resolution to my issue or a response to my questions regarding my mother.I welcome making this exchange public so others will be informed of the way Spring Creek chooses to not respond to family concerns but fingerpoint.I still do not have a reply from the Administrator's superior as to why his subordinates ordered dosages of a medication in dau supplies whwn my mother was no longer on the medicationA response as opposed to beung asked if I am a doctor wpukd be more appropriate

I am filing this complaint because the administrator at Spring Creek, Jennifer R*** was rude then hung upon me today refusing to answer questions regarding my mother's care She refused to answer questions about why the facility ordered *** in two different dosages both dosages in a day supply when my mother is not on the medications She claims the prescription MAY have changed but cannot provide any evidence of this and did not notify me of any change as is required since I am y mothers medical POA Jennifer R*** rudely asked me if I was a doctor when I questioned the over ordering of medications I have the right to question the practices when they are not in line with what I am told

Dear Ms***,The “customer-” is incorrect regarding the facts and circumstances during a telephone conversation regardingSpring Creek Rehabilitation and Health Care Center’s (“Spring Creek” or the “Center-”) care for herrnother'At no time was the Center's Administrator rude or refused to
answer the customer’s questions.During the conversation in question, Spring Creek’s Administrator explained changes to the customer’smother’s dosages and prescriptionsDue to HIPAA concerns and the fact that the conversation was occurringover the phone, Spring Creek's Administrator could not get into a detailed conversation with the custornerregarding her mother‘s prescriptions and dosageHowever, the Administrator did advise the customer that itwould look into her questionsUnfortunately, the promise to address her concerns at a later time was meetwith belligerence and yelling on the customer's partThe Admirristrator’s attempt to calm the customer downwas met with more screamingThe custorner’s intent during the conversation was to blame Spring Creekand berate the AdministratorSince the customer was unwilling to listen to the Administrator, theconversation was abruptly concluded due to the customer’s disrespectful and combative attitude.Spring Creek never questioned the customer’s right to question the care provided to the customer’smotherFurther, it was more than Willing to provide the custorner with the information sherequestedHowever, Spring Creek cannot assist the customer when the customer is abusive towards theCenter’s staff.Finally, Spring Creek would like to inform Revdex.com that this customer previously ?ledcomplaints with the *** *** ** *** *** *** ***, *** *** ***

My mother had been dismissed from the hospital for 2 weeks when this bracelet was identified and a picture taken by a close relative.Spring Creeks administrator is still refusing to answer why her staff ordered medications that my motjer is not on in dosages that she was not on.Spring Creek WAS, in fact, cited by the [redacted] for verbally abusing a 70 year old resident, my mother.
