Spring Garden Lending Ground

I received little to no help to prevent me from going into default on a loan. I tried reaching out a numerous of times to gain information needed to help me before getting to a point where I would have to pay additional penalty and late fees. Due to their poor customer service staff that was assigned to me, I am being pursued financially by this company and the customer service person encouraged a fraudulent non-license contractor to put a contractors lien against the property so that I can’t sell it without breaking even or even making a profit. I made it clear to the company ( SGL) that the contractor is not doing what we put in writing and is way behind schedule, so I would have to find another contractor. Simultaneously, I found out that this contractor is not licensed and is not responding to my calls or texts. Nevertheless, I eventually met up with the contractor and gave him a last payment and informed his services would not longer be needed. Furthermore, all my actions was shared with ( SGL ) hopping to get help. But instead I was encouraged to pay for work that was not completed according to contract. Also ( SGL ) refused to share with me the amounts that I owed prior to me going into default and more time I spend in legation the more money this company is stand to make off of me. Also my credit plays a big factor in this matter and they made it very clear that it’s not their problem. I found out later that this is not the first time this company has been doing this practices, under another name..
