Spring Rewards

Spring rewards does not credit refunds when it says it will Instead of 3-days from the time they inform you a credit has been "issued," (which I generously interpret to mean business days even though they just specify "days"), the company takes a minimum of 3-WEEKS to credit my account, and sometimes the credit doesn't come through at all, even after weeks of waiting
They also changed the threshold from $spent to $spent without bothering to inform me ahead of time, and when they made the change I lost a credit I was about to earn because of that change

I made a few purchases through my Spring Rewards account. Two discounts posted, two never did. I contacted the company about the issue via email and got an autoresponse that I would be contacted shortly. Two weeks later, no response and no money credited to my account as their website promises. Company is very hit-or-miss, I would never recommend to anyone.

I sense this company is misleading it's customers. I have had to reach out to them several times to ensure I was being 'rewarded' for my purchases. While I am very diligent about doing so I can see where many people are not even noticing that they are not getting credit. They need to get this fixed or they will not last long. My guess is they charge all of these restaurants for advertising but then don't turn around and give some of that money back to the consumers who were promised to get paid back. Revdex.com should keep an eye on these folks. I smell scam.

errors, and received a confirmation from Mr. [redacted] on May 27 that this has been resolved. All cash credit due to Mr. [redacted] was sent to him on May 27.
We strive to have the best customer service possible, and we have ramped up hiring efforts to ensure that delays like this don't happen in the future.
