On 9/17/2003, we installed a sprinkler system for your Mother in Prior Lake which we continue to service to date
On 8/22/we installed your sprinkler system which was a referral from your Mother for
$We continued to service your system without any problems until 10/10/You then started your major construction project and notified us in 2015, four years later, that you wanted to get your system up and running
Our Irrigation Foreman came out and started repairs on your systemWhen he turned on the water, the poppet & bonnet, inside the backflow, was broken so he replaced that firstAfter he repaired the leak next to your house, he used the original control clock and found it no longer in working orderDue to the fact he wasn't able to turn on any zones with that clock, he replaced it
He then started to go through the system and found broken heads right awayAfter turning on more zones, he noticed many more broken heads and because of the construction, several heads needed to be relocated and new pipe needed to be pulled in
He did not want to go any further with the repairs, without having authorization from you due to the high cost of repairing the rest of the systemPlus, he would have needed a crew of technicians and the pipe puller machine to complete the work
He left a note stating more needed to be done and we also mailed a letter with more detailsWith your system now being over years old, it may be more feasible to install a new system than to fix the originalSprinkler systems, like water heaters in your home, start showing their age after years
We sincerely apologize if there was a lack of communication on our part, but please understand that we did not want to complete such costly repairs without prior authorization

Dear Revdex.com, We have worked for *** *** since June 4, and have call logs documenting that he was happy with our services. The problem we are having with *** is that he does not want to pay for services, but instead wants to receive them for free. On
July 16, 2015, we applied our fourth application of weed control for $213.53. He called in saying he didn’t want the application and didn’t want to be charged for it. On August 1, 2015, he requested a free respray for the third application, which we provided on August 3, 2015. Since he said there was confusion on his account, we agreed not to charge him for the fourth application on July 16, 2015. The amount of $was to be used for lawn care in For the season of 2016, we have given him free lawn care applications on April 25, 2016, May 6, and July 11, 2016. We have also given him a free Perimeter Insect Control application. The total amount of free applications he has received in is $731.91. The total amount of free applications in totaled $640.59. Total combined free applications from the start date of June 4, to present equals $1,372.50. I believe we have been more than generous in our efforts to resolve the issue for free applications. have read the anonymous Spring Touch reply to my
complaintThey use a common defense of a complaint by broadening the scope way
beyond what the complaint is and they don't address the specific complaint.It's
interesting that I could not get a response from them until the Revdex.com contacted
them and asked for a responseI don't deny that I was happy with the way they
treated the lawn and perimeter bug controlMy complaint was that I wasn't
going to pay for a treatment that I didn't need . They don't point out
the call logs where Doug told me that I was getting the refund for the unneeded
treatment of about $They don't address the many calls where Doug said
someone would call me or that I left Marvin, the owner, messages and he never
respondedThey note all of the free treatments that they gave meHow many of
those were due to it raining soon after the treatments which made them
ineffective or when they sent a different person out every other time that
didn't treat the perimeter of the property/buildings for insects as was
directed in the work orderI had called Doug more than once and he noted
that the correspondence was on my account on where to go only to find that the
employee that showed up never got the correspondence with the directions
I never asked for anything out right free that they didn't already have in the
agreementI just asked for my prepaid money back of a treatment each year that
I didn't needI didn't need my lawn treated in October when everyone else's
lawn was already brown

Dear whom it may concern, In 2016 before service stared for the year [redacted] A [redacted] would have received two letters and a postcard stating we will be coming out and if changes need to made to the account let us know. Mrs [redacted] would have received two invoices at their door after...

the service was completed. She also received five letters from the collection agency, several calls from the collection agency, seven statements from Spring Touch and our customer service manager was hung up on 6/03/16 when trying to discuss the account. We also called and left two voicemails on 7/20/16, 10/18/2016 with no response. We will however take the $127.00 of their account so that they are able to refinance their house. I'm sorry to hear about the miss communication with our company.  Our call center person thought when you said you wanted to be on the list you wanted the aeration done.  We have removed the charge.
