There, coincidently, was a glass convention occurring in Las Vegas at close to the same timeI spoke with our customer shortly after arriving back into the office on September 11tWhen we spoke that dayl, I apologized for the lack of timeliness and my slow personal responseI told the customer that the technician would be glad to come late in the dayI am surprised by our customer’s interpretation of my statements, as I thought that the conversation went well as I sincerely stated my concern for the slow service and the inconvenience that he had experienced

In response to [redacted]s complaint. My nephew called and wanted me to inspect his girlfriends car. We checked it out and the exhaust was illegal. so I gave him a muffler and made a tailpipe for him and put it on. The next day his girlfriend brought it back with a...

broken hanger. I put 2 hangers on and didn't charge her. A month later I found out she didn't own the car. The woman wanted 3 hundred dollars to put a muffler and tailpipe on. I told her I would give her the money back but I wanted the exhaust I put on.

Since receiving the last update on this complaint, I have left two voicemail messages for our customer to discuss his concerns.

Review: I took my car to have a tail pipe put on and the next day it fell off I took it back and they out it back on and it still kept falling off so I took it to another garage and they told me it was the wrong tail pipe and that when they put it on they ruined the muffler also and now it is going to cost me over $300 to have it fixed rightDesired Settlement: I would like to have the money it is going to cost me to have it fixed right
