Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Maintenance came out about a week ago and looked at the sinkThey said they didn’t see a problem, but it was because I had just used a plunger and some drain-o to stop the drain issueThey didn’t look at our tub at allHe looked at the refrigerator and they would bring out a new one but we haven’t received oneAs far as the mold all they told me was to spray it with bleachThey have yet to do anything with the air conditionerThey have not come back sinceNothing has been doneI want these issues fixed Sincerely, [redacted]

This is the first time we have seen this work order. They have not called this in for any of these issues. We have a quarterly exterminator and if there is a problem outside that time, they have not notified us. We are not able to access the unit on one of the times. As soon
as they give us access to their apartment we will get these issues fixed, as the work order has been submitted. Again, this is the first time we have heard about these work orders

We got the work orders in and we have addressed her issues. The only thing that has not been completely addressed is the gnats. We are going to have an exterminator come out on Friday to spray for them. With gnats, you have to fix the issue where the gnats are coming
from. The resident will have to correct the source of the problem so they do not keep coming back. We do not have access to her apartment because she works a lot. I have some bleach and baking soda advised by our pest control company for her to use to pour down her drain. She has not picked these up to use. She works two jobs so it is difficult to access her. We will see what happens on Friday when the exterminator comes out, if we have access

To Whom It May Concern, We here at Springwood apartments would like to apologize to the tenant, if they were made to feel that their family's safety and well being was disregarded in any way. That was not the intention of the management or maintenance staff. We acknowledge the oversite
of management not transferring the phone line to the emergency on-call system. We believe this was the start of the miscommunication and lack of communication. Again we would like to apologize for that error. When maintenance responded on Monday 4/19/they did not find a leak under the bathroom sink and did not see any sign of damage at that time. In regards to previous maintenance issues mentioned we have record of each and every issue was addressed in a timely manner and documented with a work order. All issues in this complaint have been repaired and is in working condition at this time. unpaid balance notice being sent out Ms*** has never attempted to make arrangements with the office to settle her account to good standing
After obtaining possession of the unit by which Ms*** and others that may have resided within the unit damages were foundPictures are on file for record keepingThe unit was also left unclean and several personal items within itThe front door was left wide open and not securedMs*** did not return any keys to the office and skipped out without written noticeThere are no maintenance request on file for a door repair
We encourage all residents to report any damages and maintenance needs in a timely matterOur company discourages the waiting period by which Ms*** took to report her concerns
The resident contacted our office in regards to obtaining information pertaining to the companyThe numbers the company has are personal/private numbers and we are not authorized to release personal/private numbersMs*** was offered an alternative email where all complaints and concerns can be corresponded to corporate
Ms*** became irate with company policy and demanded other means of communicationAt this point Ms*** was warranted that if her tone, language, and aggressiveness remains at the level it is the call will be disconnectedMs*** continued therefore the call was disconnected
Our staff is trained to warn, repeat, then disconnect/dismiss calls from irate customers after attempting to diffuse a opportunity

I am rejecting this response because: I never sign the work order because they didn't find the leak the leak is still there and happens frequentlyIm unaware of how the leak happens and when it doesThe maintenance guy did not explore all options to try and find the leak he just was like there is no leak so its good and he left and I refuse to sign the work order because nothing was done to fix the problemInstead of taking the time out to actually find the problem and fix the issueThis apartment does quick fixes for everythingThey look into it tighten the hoses and it still leaks but since he didn't see it in which he didn't try to he just was like mabe ill tighten this up; there is still an issueI refuse to be lied to and be disrespected by your unfriendly staff This is still on goingYou cant say my family feel safe when I live across from a burnt down building that is vacant and people come out of them all time of night and day but no one is suppose to live there its frighten to my 5year old that always asking about it and why the building is burnt and no one fixed it and etc why is there a hose in the parking lot by my apartment my son tripped over because failure to put cones out over the weekend for a flood These people are inconsiderate.

No I was NEVER offered 2 a/c units the maintance man said he was going to bring 2 but brought one. It has being 4 months from August since I moved in when I told them my air wasn't working within this time they could have been fixed it. They only sent people out because I was going over there everyother day once I stopped they stop coming and everytime they came they all say we got to go on the roof which no one ever seem do to. The a/c unit has been pulling my electricity and then they rigged up something in my furnace so that the air will just blow but the air not even getting cold.I didn't want to move out but they havent did anything pretending my air/heat or anything pretending my apartment. I would like my security deposit back and I will happily move out until then I will keep withholding my rent until something is done.THIS IS RIDICULOUS. They act like they never knew why is was with holding my rent but I have them more then once 
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

We do know there is an issue. We offered her 2 AC units but she said one was fine. We are in the process of getting a company to come out to replace the furnace.  However, if she is wanting to move I am not holding her to her lease, she can move out. She will definitely need to come by the...

office and speak to me prior to moving.
