Incorrect "quantity" of time and services chargedRequested remediation prior to payment in full, but company failed to respond
On 1/7/I returned home in the afternoon to find water flooding part of my houseWithin the hour,friends arrived to help mop and problem solve the issueT & T was called in the eveningThe following are my complaints:
Friends launched into action upon arrivalThey mopped and strategically placed towels in the flooded area to limit damageLater, the source of the water was determined to be a pipe from the foundation, inside the kitchen islandMy wet vac nozzle was placed in a recess near the visible source of water to extract incoming water and prevent re-flooding of the areasAfter T & T's arrived, their water extractor replaced my wet vacI was billed for square feet of water extraction from a hard surface floor around the island @ $1.07/square feetThe floor around the island had already been mopped by the time T & T arrivedAny su

I have used T & T to clean an oriental rug for several years, and they did a good job The rug was picked up and delivered as desired
This year, my cleaned rug was stolen out of the technician's vehicle which he left unlocked while doing another job on Saturday, Nov17, The technician came to the house to notify me He had not called the police to report it While he was here, I filed a police report
The owner of the company did not return telephone calls My concern was to have a rug in place for Thanksgiving My sister, who was visiting for the holiday, and I spent full days looking for a rug that would work with my accessories - all of which had been color keyed to the stolen rug We found one
On Wednesday, November 21, a man who said he was the sales manager came to my home He returned the check for the cleaning and made a low-ball offer of $for the rug and $for our time I refused the offer I wanted a rug and knew mine could not be replaced for $ While at my house, I called the merchant who had an acceptable rug and had the sales manager talk to him
The sales manager left, and returned later with a check made out to the company who had the rug Ambassador Rugs delivered the new rug that afternoon
I am still very upset about the entire episode, especially since the owner refused to talk to me They have lost my business forever along with the referrals I have made in the past No other compensation was offered for the time we spent looking for a replacement rug, or the stress the theft caused Their original offer was based on an estimate from a picture
We very much felt like the company just wanted the problem to go away as cheaply as possible, with as little effort as possible on their part

First rate service with respect to unclogging a complicated dryer vent The service Tech, Juan, was friendly, professional, customer oriented and efficient This company is tops in my experience

I had water damage in the kitchen and office,due to the refrigerator.T and T came right away, on Sunday.They started the dryout so there would be no moldThen they came to restore the walls and floors.Each day they came at the specified time.Everyone was professional and polite.They all really knew their job and cleaned up everything before leaving.The floors and walls look better than they ever didI'm so pleasedI recommend TandT To every one I know.I give them stars for a job well done

I called T&T to come check for water damage after my dirty arm line brokeThey came out quickly that same day and after about minutes, they said that they detected water and that I was going to need to enlist my insurance company and file a claimNo other estimates, or description of what needed to happen was given at that timeThey said, give us $( same as your deductible) and we will get to workI complied, as the thought of potential mold growing in the walls made me very nervous with dogs and children in the houseThe repair unfortunately coincided with some major rainstorms we had just had and they were booked up dealing with other more "important" jobsWhen they repair men came out they disconnected the sink and dishwasher and moved the cabinets back from the wallThe water damage was minimal but needed to be dried outThey left their drying equipment and said they would be back the next dayThe next day they didn't have time to check on the drying and would be out the following dayThey showed up and took equipment and leftI asked when someone would be out to put everything back in place and no one could answerI was finally able to get someone to come back a couple of days later to hook sink and dishwasher back upThe were obviously very rushed and didn't appear to know what they were doingThe dishwasher didn't work and the cabinets were not level or in the right placeI had to get different contractors to fix what they had done, including a repair man for the dishwasher which they reimbursed me forI received a bill for $that seemed to be egregious given the actual time they spent and the quality of work providedNot to mention they charged me for extra drying time even though that was due to their overbooked scheduleI received the invoice and paid it within a week of getting itI voiced my concerns in an email and instead of a representative from the company getting back to me to address my concerns they threaten me with legal action and interest if the invoice isn't paid(mind you it's been a week since I received the invoice and it's not even due yet as I write this review)No where at any time in my email to them did I say I was withholding payment, I simply wanted to talk with someone regarding the serviceMy conclusion is that this company has terrible business practices and once an insurance company is involved they over bill because they know the insurance company will pay itAt no time did anyone try to contact me to resolveInstead I get threatened with legal action?? Horrible customer service, unethical business practices
