First she did contact us via Facebook. Let's be very clear we told her that isn't the best way to contact us. We're restaurant owners and our ability to check that kind of communication depends on how busy we are. We did tell her we would look into and we offered a credit,
absolutely.But now I've had to look into this matter further.Our records show she was charged once. $30.60. She added a $tip and the total charged was $35.60.We are currently talking with heartland financial, they handle our credit card processing. We will not be issuing a credit or refund until we have a definite confirmation from heartland the customer was charged twice.-*** ***Manager - Tacos el Rey262-551-

I cannot refund the issue now until I have clear confirmation from heartland credit processing that they were charged twice We show once charge and then a tip addition later on We did refund via check, it was returned in the mail I said ok I'll refund again and the files a complaint Well they filed a complaint, I might as well double check When I hear from the credit processing company

Just about 4 months later they admited their mistake and instead of doing the correction they make excuses after excuses. Why would they say they would refund me but coming back now they need to check? Its been 3 weeks, plus! They should have gotten their answer long ago.
