They assured us in august that the hall would be booked and we would get our money backIt was *** I believe that I spoke to in august of when the hall was cancelledWe are not using that hall for a casual receptionWe will be in vegas from May 18th, until May 25th, We have our flight booked and hotel bookThey promised us the hall would be booked and since it is not we were going to use the hall for a causal receptionWe asked to book on a sunday because they have no open dates on a saturday and they told us we cannot use the hall for a reception on a sunday that they do not allow weddings on a sunday.

Review: Me and my fiance [redacted] theis rented the hall in april of 2013 for a wedding for may 24 2014. In aug of 2013 we told them we would like to cancel the hall because we decided to go to vegas to get married. they said and per contract that we do not get a refund of our 800 that they made us pay in full up front unless they rented the hall out. We now decided to re-rent the hall for the same day to do a causal reception for when we return from vegas. I have tried to get ahold of them 3 different times and got one phone call back, which I was at work and unable to answer the phone. For a wedding they hold the day before and day of for hall rental. The hall is now rented for may 23, 2014 and I still have not heard anything back yet about trying to rent the hall or a refund of my 800 that they made us pay up front. They also claim to be a non profit organization which I do not understand why I would not get a refund if I am getting no service.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund of 800 that was paid by check 104 to them by my fiance [redacted]. He is in agreement and his phone number is ###-###-#### if any questions.
