a high pressure water spray to check to see if the window would leak. This information was given to me on the first occasion of being called to take care of a leak issue with this window. After that issue of the water spraying I could not figure out where the leak was coming from. Some leaks are hard to find no matter how good you are. We were at the [redacted] atleast three times for this leak.
When notified of the leak again in june 2015 I told the [redacted] I would come out when it stopped raining and get this leak taken care of no matter what. What the [redacted] don't see is that it rained 16 day's straight after the 9th of june. The window had to be completely dry. No wetness any where. I went out the morning of the 2nd of july after the rain had quit for a few days and everything should be dry. I found that at the glass/ outside frame area that always has a seal in it that the seal was not there. Not sure if this came from blowing water on the glass or what. I repaired the seal and looked the complete window over. I did call the [redacted] with no answer. I went out to repair the window. I was not going to tell the [redacted] that I was there due to the fact I did not want to have the seal blown out again. Window fixed. If they have any more issue they should call the office and let us know. I have went out every time that they have called to see if I could find the leak. Leaks can't always be found in a matter of minutes. Like in the T.V. shows or fixed in a half hour.

I am satisfied that Mr. S[redacted] did come out to the house on July 2, 2015, and caulk the Living Room window. As long as that window no longer leaks, I will accept the repair, without requesting a refund. If the window does continue to leak in the future, I will contact Mr. S[redacted], and request that he make future repairs at no charge to me. If the window was properly installed, it should no leak at all.
